Actually there is another update

So the 1.3 demo went through some playtesting, and I made some (ish) significant changes to it, here is a non-exhaustive list:

• Changed a bunch of stuff regarding getting ammo.
• Rebalanced progression
• Modifiers now unlock instead of being all avaliable at the start
• Reworked some enemies
• In general made things a bit tidier and a bit nicer
